All supplies and achievements, that Tie-Shirt (owner Mark Calin Caliman) furnishes you with, exclusively takes place on the basis of the following general standard terms and conditions (AGB). Regulations deviating of our AGB only apply then, if these are confirmed by us in writing.

2. Area of application

Following conditions apply to all contracts, which are transacted due to electronic order. Special agreements require the written confirmation on our part.

3. Price/commodity

We expressly reserve the right to ourselves to change prices at any time. Our prices have firm validity on the day of the order. Small deviations in the colour or technical changes to our illustrations or descriptions are possible, without justifying rights to the buyer.

4. Conclusion of a contract

The sales contract is accomplished due to your order with delivery commitment and/or with supply within appropriate time.

5. Way of Delivery /Forwarding expenses/Terms of payment

The dispatch of your commodity takes place by mail or parcel service. A dispatch insurance is already included in our forwarding expenses. If your ordered goods are available we send these to you within 6-8 working-days. Otherwise you receive a notice from us. We exclusively dispatch by payment in advance. For this you can transfer the constituted amount as agreed upon to our account.

The following forwarding expenses apply:

within Germany 1.90 euro
within Europe 4.90 euro
all Others 7.90 euro
Orders starting from 110, - euro are free of forwarding expenses

6. Terms of delivery

6.1. We confirm your order by means of E-Mail. Please examine your order and/or our confirmation of order. Possible corrections are possible within 24 hours. Afterwards no more corrections are possible and we supply in accordance you’re your order.

6.2. The supply by us takes place under the reservation that we ourselves are supplied correctly and in time and the missing availability is not due to our fault. We however strive to have all articles available indicated on our homepage. Compensation, also in the case of late or incomplete supply, is impossible. With unavailability of the commodity we will immediately inform you and a possible pre-payment is refunded immediately.

6.3. The risk turns over to the client, as soon as the supply has left our warehouse. We are entitled to make partial deliveries to reasonable extent.

7.Right of return

You are no longer bound to your order, if you recall within a period of two weeks from the reception of the commodity. The revocation does not have to contain reason but must take place in writing on a durable data medium or via return of the commodity. To keep within the time period the punctual sending off to the company is sufficient: Tie-Shirt (owner Mark Calin Caliman) , Steinkopfstraße 4, DE-51065 Köln.

In the case of a revocation we will possibly refund already performed payments after reception of the commodity. You are obligated to send back the commodity on our risk, if you have not already settled this together with the revocation letter.

The costs of the return have to be carried by you. This does not apply if the delivery took place within the Federal Republic of Germany. In this case you have to bear the cost of the return only if the value of the ordered and returned commodity does not exceed the amount of 40, -- euro.

Returns from a foreign country must be duly stamped. Please consider: without franking sent items we refuse the acceptance.

During return of damaged or used commodity the company Tie-Shirt (owner Mark Calin Caliman) is entitled to claims for damages.
Special offers are excluded from the exchange.

8. Warranty/Liability

The warranty accounts for a period of 6 months starting from the day of the distribution. By complaints the purchase date must be proven with a receipt. The complained article must be returned together with a copy of the bill to Tie-Shirt (owner Mark Calin Caliman), Steinkopfstraße 4, DE-51065 Köln.

The warranty does not extend to the normal wear or the wear off. The warranty expires, if the customer makes changes to the commodity. Tie-Shirt (owner Mark Calin Caliman) has the right to cost free rework during the guarantee period. A partial or entire exchange of the article is permissible. If deficiencies are not repaired within an appropriate period, the buyer has the right to claim of transformation or reduction.

9. Datenschutz

. In accordance with §28 of the Federal Law for Data Protection we draw your attention to the fact that the data necessary in the context of the business settlement are processed and secured by means of an EDV. Your personal data will naturally be treated confidentially.

10. Copyright

We would like point out that our offered products are subject to German and/or International copyright/trademark law.
